Lord of Ciphers is a New York Born Emcee gifted in rhythmic linguistics, As a former resident Emcee of the Bronx collective "LIVE FROM UNDERGROUND NY, he put his skills as a wordsmith to the test by delivering thought provoking poetry peppered with social commentary and witty one liners. 

L.O.C has made his mark in various hip-hop crews throughout his career. As a pivotal member of the Hip Hop group "Dead MC society", Lord of Ciphers illustrates that same lyrical prowess in the Hip Hop arena. Using classic-esque beats, high level wordplay and and a plethora of flows, He represents the art with dignity and style.

Also part of the artist collective "Eleven SixtySix", Lord of Ciphers has been able to explore darker ethereal soundscapes, as well as a crash course in independent production. Working alongside amazing talents such as BLKZEN, Kaiju Killer Klan, Monsters on the Horizon and many more, L.O.C has created a deeper sound and a firm niche for his music.

In 2015 Lord of Ciphers expanded his horizons after being exposed to one of the more complex sides of lyricism, grime. Touring alongside EARTHTONE both domestically and internationally, L.O.C. has found a solid footing for his UK inspired audio palette. Growing up as a part of NYCs rave scene, he always had a place in his heart for UK music. Whether it be Grime, Dubstep, Garage, DnB, Jungle etc. It’s only natural that he would find himself a part of NYC’s grime collective, with radio sets on Rinse.FM alongside D.J. Oblig and Marcus Nasty of the Nasty Crew. When speaking on Lord Of Ciphers, grime is definitely a pillar of his sound.
